AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLANS

At Human Resource Solutions we provide our clients with customized affirmative action plans that are compliant with all OFCCP regulations for each location.  In fact, if the government ever tries to challenge the plan we will send our employment attorney to defend the plan!

Who Needs Affirmative Action Plans?

Companies that have over 50 employees and $50,000 or more in government contracts are required to complete a separate written affirmative action plans for each location that has at least 50 employees.  Because banks are Federally insured they ARE required to complete written affirmative action plans if they have 50 or more employees.  For more information on which companies need written affirmative action plans, click here.

What Will Your Plan Entail?

Human Resource Solutions provides a clear, accurate, affordable and customized written policy narrative for each AAP location.  The plan will include a customized written policy narrative for minorities and women as well as a separate written narrative for disabled and veterans.  The plan will include comprehensive statistical analyses for minority and women.  As well as adverse impact analysis for females and minorities for hires, promotions and terminations.  The plan will be derived both in hard copy and electronically to you.  For more information about what the plan entails please click here.

How Much Will The Plan Cost?
