Shirley Hill, SPHR
Shirley has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources in the manufacturing industry. She has designed, implemented and administered benefit programs in numerous areas including medical, dental, life insurance, flexible spending accounts and 401(k) as well as defined pension plans. Shirley is a licensed agent for all benefits. She has considerable experience with benefits relating to acquisitions and mergers. Shirley is an expert in all governmental compliance reporting and in recruitment for all organizational levels. She has implemented Human Resource Information Systems and dealt extensively with employee relations issues. Shirley received her Master of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the highest certification offered by the Society of Human Resource Management.
Tim Huston, SPHR
Tim has 30 years of executive experience in leading Human Resource departments, in varying industries overseeing multiple locations. He has developed and upgraded HR departments and implemented numerous state-of-the-art programs ranging from health and safety to employee relations. Tim has developed and conducted a wide array of HR and management seminars. He has over four years of direct manufacturing experience. Tim served as an Assistant Plant Manager for a 450-employee plant that produced materials and parts for the automotive industry. Tim has a very diverse HR background, including extensive experience with union/employee relations and executive recruitment. Tim has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology and has received his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Tim has been certified by the Applied Management and Law Institute of Newport Beach, California in both Employee Relations Law and Human Resources Executive Development.
