After reviewing all written policies, handbooks, etc., we will return with a written report in approximately seven (7) days. Our audits are as thorough as the government’s but are confidential, and we are on your side.
Unlimited Phone Consultations
Human Resource Solutions will be available almost 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer your employment questions. Our clients are amazed with our availability and response time. We like to hear from our clients, and often, on any questions that they may have.
Termination Support and Protection
Human Resource Solutions will review any and all terminations to provide extra protection against EEOC complaints and lawsuits. We will assess the liability to the company and recommend appropriate procedures and documentation. HRS will actually conduct the more sensitive and difficult terminations for our clients.
HR Updates
Human Resource Solutions will provide important updates on the ever changing employment landscape. There are continuous, major changes in employment law and human resource compliance. We will make sure you are up-to-date without reading time-consuming journals and going to expensive outside trainings.
Third Party Protection
